OCC – From Scratch, Turn-Key, Custom Home Building…
If you’d rather not get much involved in your custom built home project, then you may want to consider our turn-key, custom homebuilding service. Once you've given us details of your preferences and approved the working plans, we’ll handle all of the various on-going aspects for you, so you won’t have to worry about the day-to-day demands of the project.
In fact, if you wish, once you’ve accepted the terms of our engagement, your only involvement before moving in will be to choose the finishes and details (carpet & paint, colors, etc.)… which, of course is the part our clients enjoy most.
OCC Already Built, Custom Home Options…
Another option to consider would be one the several one-off, custom-designed & built ‘spec’ homes we’ve already completed to the ‘finishes’ stage – which lets you customize it to your preference with colors, textures, carpets, tiles and carpet – before moving in.
Or, if you're in a hurry to move in, you might consider one of our fully completed, custom-designed and built ‘spec’ homes which are essentially ready for you to move into.

If you already have a completed plan for your dream home… and the property you want to build it on, and while you'd like to be actively involved in the project, you'd like us to act as your construction manager… Ottawa Carleton Construction offers you our construction management services. We’re flexible and open to a fair, equitable, 'win-win' construction management agreement.
Because we only work with quality, pre-sccreened trades people (and so you can create our construction budget), we’ll even conduct the tendering process so you'll be working with solid, relaible cost estimates for all aspects of your building process.
You can be as involved in every aspect of decision-making as you choose, and you’ll have complete control over your spending budget. This flexibility allows you to readily make changes, upgrades… or even slow or reduce your spending – if needed, of course – at any stage of the project.
